Wind Speed

Without being well-versed in global weather patterns, it makes intuitive sense that a majority of the wind speed lies between 0 and 30. Does not appear to be a statistical correlation between latitude and wind speed. Yet again, we have low r-values, indicating a weak correlation between wind speed and latitude, across both hemispheres.
